Whether you’re a Western North Carolina local, or you’re planning a destination intimate wedding, Asheville has so much to offer when it comes to venues! Here are three venues for your intimate wedding that I recommend.
Luxe Glass House
The Luxe Glass House is located in Mills River, which is 24 minutes from downtown Asheville. The glass house itself is beyond stunning with high cathedral ceilings and HUGE windows that bring in ample natural light. There’s a 1700 sq ft historic cottage on the property where you can stay, as well as a honeymoon suite. The cottage has a full kitchen, a piano, a claw foot tub, and is beautifully decorated. They also recently upgraded their courtyard to make a stunning ceremony space. The space can host up to 80 guests!
Tuxedo Falls
Tuxedo Falls is a new venue located in Zirconia, NC, which is about 30 minutes south of Asheville, and O.M.G. is it COOL! The property has multiple waterfalls and hiking trails with views of the mountains. As far as lodging, you have 2 treehouses and 4 luxury tree tents. The tree tents ALL HAVE HEATED OUTDOOR SOAKING TUBS! Does it get any better than that?! Currently, the Lodge is being built, which will be a gathering space for celebrations for up to 50 guests. If you’re looking for something a little outdoors-y with upscale amenities, this is the venue for you!
Junebug Retro Resort
Junebug is another super cool venue located in Weaverville, NC, which is just north of Asheville! With 10 vintage campers to stay in, a stunning treehouse, a flowing river, alpacas, and more, Junebug is the perfect place to have a retreat-style intimate wedding. The property itself is 50 acres, is locally owned, and boasts a farm. The owners actually live in their own custom built home on the property! For events, you’ll find two ceremony spots-the treehouse and the Walnut Cove area–and a tent for receptions! Gather all of your favorite people for the weekend and celebrate your love at this sweet venue.
