If I could be surrounded by the Blue Ridge Mountains at all times, I would be. In fact, one day (hopefully sooner than later), I fully intend to reside nestled inside of them, somewhere in the Asheville metro area.

Taylor and Dalton didn’t have any photos from their actual wedding, so they got all dressed up and flocked to the mountains with me for this elopement-inspired shoot. It was a beautiful early fall day in mid-September. We headed to Glassmine Falls off the Blue Ridge Parkway, but there wasn’t much of a waterfall. Nonetheless, the view was still unreal. If you’re looking for a beautiful, quaint spot with a short walk to the viewing area to have your elopement, this is the spot for you.

We wandered around in the mountains all afternoon and got a beautiful foggy sunset. I’ll never tire of shooting in the mountains.
